Nike and FC Internazionale Milano unveil the team’s new away jersey for the 2024-25 season, which pays homage to Milan’s classic architecture and its reinterpretation in fashion.
The new season’s away jersey combines the architectural colors of the city with the sophisticated elegance of Milanese couture. The grey tones of the shirt have been favored by designers since the 1970s, a shade derived from Milan’s gothic and industrial aesthetic, and have been used as a backdrop for Milanese fashion for many years.
White is the dominant color of this jersey and is synonymous with style and elegance. The shoulders, chest and sleeves are accented with gray, an integral part of Inter’s DNA. The tricolor shield representing the Serie A championship returns to the center of the shirt, while the two-star emblem is printed on the left side where the heart is. The shirt’s specially designed collar will also evoke decades of unforgettable soccer memories.
The jersey features Nike’s latest performance technology, Dri-FIT ADV, designed to enhance athletic performance. Developed at the Nike Sports Research Laboratory (NSRL) in Beaverton, Oregon, it utilizes advanced body mapping techniques such as 4D data analysis and computational methods. Thanks to extensive research aimed at optimizing flexibility, breathability and ventilation, the 2024-25 season jersey is designed to provide the perfect conditions for Inter players to perform at their best, enhancing their playing experience and helping them shine in every game.
Nike’s innovative design reinforces the traditional club colors through the lens of light and movement. The away shirt pushes the design frontiers with a unique color perspective while maintaining the club aesthetic.
The new away shirt will make its debut in London on August 11th during the friendly match between Inter Milan and Chelsea.
